PRODUCT OVERVIEW 
The YRI series vacuum pumps are high-speed direct-drive (motor-driven) two-stage oil-sealed rotary 
vane positive displacement vacuum pumps. 
Featuring an integrated pump body with a built-in oil pump and controlled by a solenoid valve, they 
effectively protect the vacuum chamber during shutdown or unexpected power outages. The unique 
venting function prevents backflow, while the lubrication and sealing structure is well-designed, 
complemented by a sleek exterior appearance
